West Sanitation Services, Inc. dba AeroWest is a well-established 135-year old company, looking for a responsible, honest and hardworking person in the San Antonio area for a position to service our existing customers and replenish our deodorizing dispensers in public restrooms, lobbies, hallways and offices of hotels, hospitals, nursing homes, gyms etc. Must be willing to service in a timely manner on a set monthly service schedule. Additional hours and customers will be added in future. All candidates must have a reliable vehicle, car insurance, a valid driver's license and pass a background check. The service technician must be able to use very basic hand tools and will be required to work a flexible schedule Monday through Friday. All training, supplies and administrative support will be provided to you. This is an Ideal opportunity if you are just starting out in the workforce, looking to reenter the workforce or veterans, however, all applicants are welcome. Must be able to start immediately and be available for onsite training during first week of employment. Walking fair distances in some of the larger customer facilities will be required at times (e.g. large hospitals) Responsibilities: Identifies prospective customers and builds relationships Promotes Product Sales, and Beneficial Contracts Maintains established customers and develops new accounts. Consults with Sales Managers, Products Managers and Inside Sales personnel on product applications and solutions. Provides and maintains up to date and accurate account information of contacts and customers. Assists in resolution of customer problems and ensures excellent customer satisfaction. Preferred Qualifications: Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills Proven Success with previous employers. Effective sales and account management skills. Professional in appearance Effective presentation skills and ability to confidently deliver information. Overcomes obstacles and customer objections (problem solving) Experience selling in a competitive environment Self starter who takes initiative Employment type: We are looking for someone with the available capacity to take on our existing customers right now, and take on more as we expand the business in the area. This is a part time position, the route only calls for first 15 days of the month currently, and consists of about 50 hours, which will pay the candidate over $1,205.48 , including a miles allowance. With the candidates help, we are trying to grow this route, which the service pay will go up and with any new accounts the candidates initiates contact, they receive an additional 10%.
