We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Summer Director of Nike Kids Camps Powered by i9 Sports. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of four —to five-week-long Half-Day and 1 full day Nike camps powered by i9 Sports throughout the summer. Your leadership will ensure that each camp provides an exceptional experience for all participants while upholding the standards set by both i9 Sports and Nike.
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive program for each Nike Kids Camp, aligning with i9 Sports and Nike standards.
• Supervise and manage camp staff, including coaches and support personnel, to maintain quality and safety.
• Coordinate logistics, such as scheduling, equipment management, and facility arrangements, for smooth camp operations.
• Maintain open communication with parents, addressing concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Uphold policies and procedures outlined by i9 Sports and Nike, including safety protocols and ethical guidelines.
• Ensure all camp activities align with the mission and values of i9 Sports and Nike.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Availability for select weeks, Monday to Friday, 8am-1:15pm/3:30pm
• Experience coaching sports for ages 5-14 years.
• Dynamic and positive personality.
• Ownership of transportation and possession of a valid driver's license.
• Demonstrated passion for working with youth in a sports-related capacity.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and Abuse Prevention Training.
• Completion of How To Coach Kids and Coaching Girls Resource Training.
• Attendance at Virtual Nike Kids Camp AD/Director Training.

Training:

• Attend virtual training sessions with the i9 Sports home office, held monthly from February to August, to gain certification as a Nike Kids Camp Director.
• Ensure all camp staff/coaches receive proper training and adhere to program standards.
