The Tennis Instructor will lead in providing expert instruction in our Instructional Tennis Programs. In some cases the Instructor will have the support of "volunteer coaches" during practice. The Coach/Instructor should have a strong understanding of the Net Generation program developed by USTA and their red, orange and green ball models (i9 Sports will provide information if needed) for kids ages 5-17. The Instructor will bring positive energy to the court to help ensure everyone is having a great i9 Sports Experience! The Instructor will need to be able to manage his/her courts to ensure practices (and matches - if applicable) are started on time and run to the i9 Sports standard. The Instructor will be working with groups of up to 10 players.
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated SELF-STARTER with HIGH ENERGY that has the ability to motivate and lead others. Must ENJOY working with children as young as age 5. 7 years of experience in playing or coaching tennis is a required.
95% of the working hours are on Saturdays.
