Job Summary

The Field Supervisor / Site Manager is responsible for providing a superior i9 Sports Experience and overseeing the operations of a venue.

This individual must be high-energy, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills. Ideal candidates will have experience working with kids and a desire to learn sports management.

We are a customer service-oriented company so those who have had experience Wowing customers have a leg up on the competition.

• Grasslawn Park (7 / 8-7 / 12, 7 / 22-7 / 26, 8 / 5-8 / 9)
• Perrigo Park (7 / 15-7 / 19, 7 / 29-8 / 2, 8 / 12-8 / 16)
• Tillicum Middle School (7 / 8-7 / 12, 8 / 5-8 / 9)
• Odle Middle School (7 / 22-7 / 26)
• Beaver Lake Middle School (7 / 8-7 / 12, 7 / 22-7 / 26)
• Eastlake Community Fields (7 / 15-7 / 19, 7 / 29-8 / 2)
• Summit Park (7 / 15-7 / 19, 7 / 29-8 / 2, 8 / 12-8 / 16)

Note : Must be available for a training shift at Odle MS in Bellevue between 6 / 24-6 / 28

Responsibilities

• Field set up and breakdown for events
• Manage / supervise part-time staff members
• Supervise the overall operation of a venue including programs operating on schedule
• Demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Organize equipment and ensure the cleanliness of the venue
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication & organization skills
• Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
• Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of campers
• Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
