Gross Residential is searching for a Division Manager to direct the operations of five apartment communities in our Charlotte market. This position involves managing a Regional Manager and on-site visits to your assigned properties.
Our Division Managers hold responsibility for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these business units including recruitment, leasing strategy, capital improvement projects, and overall property performance. This person will report to the Director, Asset Management and will have frequent contact with the owners.
