Must have 2 years of experience in shipping and receiving department.

• Receive goods and verify the quality and count of all items; check against suppliers count and immediately report discrepancies to suppliers, Operations Manager, and Inventory Manager.
• Process RMA’s and send documentation to Quality Control and Accounting.
• Maintain accurate shipping records for shipping and receiving.
• Completes information on damage claims for in-transit damage.
• Pick and pack orders for shipment.
• Create labels for appropriate shipping vendors and coordinate pick-ups from vendors.
• Update the CRM with shipping details for each order.
• Process administrative documents to correct accounts for payments and billing.
• Support Manufacturing and Electronics with work orders and administrative tasks to ensure proper orders are completed.
• Compiles all necessary paperwork with each sale request while including necessary attachments in the CRM.
• Ensure the accuracy of all customer billing information.
• Work in conjunction with Virginia Beach and Richmond offices for sales requests.
• Organize and prioritize multiple projects in an effective and timely manner; organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical time deadlines.
• Support communication with other locations for workflow efficiency.
• Operate and maintain office equipment, including computer equipment and specialized software programs.
• Establish, maintain, and foster positive harmonious working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
