Our ideal candidate takes ownership, is customer focused, and sales goal driven. Our boutique is often hustling, so we are looking for someone who is great at multi-tasking and great at problem solving. We would love an associate who has experience in managing a small team! We are also wanting an associate who has experience working in retail or customer service background.

Responsibilities:

• Running the sales floor & assisting team members in appointments.
• Meeting monthly sales goals by training and mentoring staff.
• Train and evaluate employees.
• Brand Knowledge Management.
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Receiving, checking and organizing merchandise.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints.

​Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of retail selling preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Working Saturdays REQUIRED.
• High school diploma is required.
• Strong leadership qualities.
