Our dog handlers take care of the dogs from the moment they arrive until their departure. They interact and play with the dogs; monitor them at all times to ensure they remain in the proper groups in order to play and exercise safely; oversee feeding and administration of medication; observe, document and communicate any issues or problems that need to be addressed with staff, management and pet owners.
Candidate Qualifications:
-Must have professional experience in a kennel environment
-Must demonstrate sufficient dog handling skills
-Ability to take direction from management
-Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment
-Ability to work independently to complete tasks proficiently
-Must be able to work in a vigorous physical manner, standing or walking 90% of the workday

-Must be patient and loving with dogs
-Must work well under fast-paced conditions
-Must have common sense and good judgment
-Must have a positive attitude, ability to interact constructively with staff and clients
-Must have professional communication and articulation skills
