I.C.E PROTECTION LLC is Hiring an Unarmed Security Guard Near Detroit, MI
We are seeking reliable and experienced Bouncer/Security Guards to join our team. As a Bouncer/Security Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for patrons and staff. Your primary role will be to ensure the safety and well-being of everyone on the premises.
Job Type: TEMPORARY ONE (1) DAY ASSIGNMENT--APRIL 5, 2024
Job Type: TEMPORARY FOUR (4) DAY ASSIGNMENT--APRIL 24, 2024-April 27, 2024
Salary: TBD Based on Experience
Experience level:
- 3-5 years
DUTIES:
- Monitor the entrance and exit points to prevent unauthorized access in to venue
- Verify identification of individuals to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Excellent observation skills with attention to detail to secure the premises and to ensure no one enters the venue without paying and no one under 21yrs old allowed inside
- Handle difficult situations or conflicts in a calm and professional manner-Remember: We are there to protect. Guest will be drinking so if there is any interaction you will be expected to not engage in arguing or fighting any guest, but to stick to security protocols and protect the property and all guest.
-Effective communication skills, stand in assigned area and not wander off –use radio to ask any questions regarding incidents/personal request (restroom) and wait for coverage before leaving assigned area
- Respond promptly to any disturbances or incidents that may arise
- Assist in escorting unruly or disruptive individuals off the premises
- Collaborate with local law enforcement if necessary
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in law enforcement, military, or security preferred
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to defuse tense situations.
- Excellent observation skills with attention to detail to secure the premises and to ensure no one enters the venue without paying and no one under 21yrs old allowed inside
- Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time with minimal breaks (smoke breaks will not be permitted).
- Effective communication skills, stand in assigned area and not wander off –use radio to ask any questions regarding incidents/personal request (restroom) and wait for coverage before leaving assigned area
-Refuse any bribes/No flirting or runing errands for venue staff
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
21 years of age or older
· Must be prompt and on-time for scheduled shift
· Must have reliable transportation, working cell phone and email
