Title: Server

Reports To: Restaurant Manager

Summary: A server at The I.C. Brewhouse should take pride in providing genuine and friendly service to our guests to ensure they feel valued and well-taken care of. The server plays a crucial role in providing a memorable experience to guests through timely service, attention to detail, detailed knowledge of food and beverage items and demonstrating genuine hospitality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Engage in friendly conversation with guests to gather food and drink orders to deliver to kitchen.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of food and beverage items on the menu, including ingredient, preparation, and presentation details to effectively educate guests and offer suggestions.
• Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction with food and overall experience.
• Proactively listen to guests needs and take action to correct guest questions or complaints.
• Properly handle payment and deliver accurate itemized balances to guests.

Qualifications:

• Able to work at an efficient and consistent pace.
• Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours).
• Available during peak business hours, specifically nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exhibit exceptional guest service, communication and interpersonal skills.
