Job Summary:
Coordinate and implement Individual Habilitation Plans (IHP) for residents with developmental disabilities. Apply advanced knowledge to assess needs, schedule interdisciplinary team meetings, and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal standards. No supervisory responsibilities, but works closely with residential staff. Full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Some local and occasional overnight travel required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Rehabilitation, or related field
• One year of experience working with people with disabilities
• One year of experience in program development and implementation

Preferred:

• Master’s degree in health/human services field
• Five years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• BCBA accreditation

Work Environment: Professional office environment and residential settings, occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

Travel: Primarily local travel during the business day, with occasional out-of-area and overnight travel.
