Qualifications
- Must have 1 yr Veterinary Technician Experience
- Must have flex schedule as our dental team works a unique schedule of 12hr per shift and sometime longer depending on patient care services
Responsibilities
- Dental cleaning/scaling, polishing, dental x-rays, dental charting.
- Patient anaesthesia and intubation.
- Monitoring patient under anaesthesia and charting HR,PO2,RR
- Assisting dentist in various oral surgical procedures
- Experience with general veterinary technician procedures including
- Placing IV catheters
- Drawing blood
- Running in house lab machines
- Client communication
- Maintain cleanliness of dental area,dental tables,cages,floors etc. Between surgeries and end of shift
