Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Auto Collision Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive services and customer service, with the ability to accurately assess and estimate repair costs for vehicles.
Duties:
-Write concise and accurate estimates
-Coordinate all check-ins and deliveries
-Check-in vehicle upon drop off from customer
-Prepare and ensure completion of proper paperwork for customer packet
-Review process with customer
-Create accurate and complete parts list for each assignment/estimate, and/or order parts
-Complete all repair orders ensuring DRP compliance and obtaining proper authorizations
-Provide communication including all vehicle repair statuses
-Document all communication with customer in the system
-Total loss administration
-Perform final quality check on finished vehicles
-Perform other related duties as assigned
Skills:
-Strong auto collision industry experience required. Must have demonstrated strong organizational and documentation skills
-Able to work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives
-Able to communicate effectively both in-person, orally and through written correspondence and presentation with candidates, employees, managers and leadership
-Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity
-I-CAR Gold is a plus
