Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dedicated Travel Nurses to join our team.

13 weeks

EKG test required upon hiring.

The manager will NOT accept any RTO over the week of 4th of July, they have too many people off that week already and need coverage! Other than that manager is VERY flexible and accommodating to their travelers.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive measures
- Assist with discharge planning and coordination of post-discharge care
- Perform medical documentation accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications:
- Valid nursing license in the state of practice or compact license.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in specialty applying for, preferably in various healthcare settings.

-Travel experience preferred.

-ACLS and BLS required from American Heart Association- HYUR can help candidates obtain these if needed prior to start.

- Strong knowledge of medical documentation standards and practices
- Proficient in triage, medication administration, ostomy care, ventilator management, spinal tap procedures, tube feeding, and coding
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new environments and work independently or as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel to different locations for assignments
