HYUR Health is seeking an experienced RN to fill the full-time opening within our outpatient clinics. We are located in Cincinnati, OH.

RN Requirements:

• Education Requirements: Associates or Bachelor in Nursing
• Licenses/Certifications required: Active RN Licensure
• Skills required: taking vital signs, administering injections, medical terminology, relative experience, fast-paced office experience
• Skills that would be a plus: EPIC experience, outpatient/clinic experience, active BLS, active CPR
• Must pass a background check // medical test // skill test // drug test

RN Responsibilities:

• Back Office: Prepares treatment rooms and patients for examination, document in Electronic Medical Record System, take vitals, perform EKG, Phlebotomy, perform onsite labs and process reference labs to offsite laboratory, give injections and perform required quality tasks. Utilize EPIC. Assist Provider during clinic.
• Shift Information: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | 8am - 5pm
