HYUR Health is looking for Med Surg Tele RNs with level 1 trauma experience interested in a contract opportunity in Cincinnati, OH!

13 week contract

Full Time

Night Shift

Every other weekend

Duties:

- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical record systems (EPIC)
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety regulations

**Requirements:**

- Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Ohio.

- BLS/ACLS certifications required.

- NIHSS is a plus but not required.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience in a Med Surg Tele / Acute Care setting.
- 2 years of Level 1 Trauma Facility Experience or 3-5 years in a Level 2 large teaching facility.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with 1:5-6 nurse to patient ratios.
