Overall Summary

As a service consultant you will be responsible for initiating automotive services and repairs by ascertaining vehicle performance problems and service requests; verifying warranty and service contract coverage; developing estimates; writing repair orders; maintaining customer records. You will serve as the communicator and liaison between the customer and technician; ensuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed and recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer.

Wile Hyundai is looking for an experienced service consultant. Minimum of 2 years experience preferred. Other manufacturer experience ok. Willing to train the right candidate. Automate experience a plus.

Job duties include:

Maintain CSI score above required level
Document customers concerns as well as maintenance needs on repair orders
Communicate require repairs and Maintenance Needs to customer via phone, email as well as in person
Document technicians findings on repair orders using the 3 "C" method
Stay up to date on warranty and repair procedures
Other daily duties
