Responsibilities
The Warranty Administrator/Clerk is responsible for ensuring all warranty claims are properly documented, compliant with factory and/or dealership requirements and preparing and submitting the claims to the manufacturer.
- Process warranty claims in a timely manner ensuring compliance with factory requirements.
- Reconcile warranty schedule ensuring claims paid in a timely manner; follow up on unpaid claims as needed.
- Accurately maintain and management data and/or files related to customer and vehicle data
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of Prior Automotive Dealership Warranty Administrator/Clerk experience is REQUIRED!
- Previous experience as a Hyundai or KIA Warranty Administrator/Clerk preferred.
- Some weekend availability and open to do some overtime to help close month end.
- Strong trouble-shooting skills and excellent customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent follow up.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
- Hourly Compensation Range: $28.00 - $35.00. This position also qualifies for performance-based incentive compensation.
Please keep in mind that this range may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location.

- All potential employees must pass pre-employment testing including a background check and drug screen
