- Track deliveries.

- Verify order was completed and all reports, timesheets and vouchers are submitted.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Collect all receipts.
- Complete all expense reports.
- Ensure all members funding sources stay positive.
- Communicate directly with manager to verify all schedules to ensure all Business Trip.
- Reports are up to date and all travel is correct to meet the customer's requirements.
