- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Ability to follow written and oral instruction
- Excellent logic and reasoning skills
- 1 years of manufacturing production experience (Electrical manufacturing strongly preferred)
- Brazing experience is a plus
- Experience in the electrical field is strongly preferred
- Must have strong Mathematical Skills - Ability to add subtract and make calculations
- Must be able to lift to 40lbs
- Must have High School Diploma or GED
- Education: High school or equivalent (Required)
- Experience: Manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
- Climbing, lifting, bending, kneeling, crawling, and carrying light to moderate loads (≤ 40 lbs.)
- Required to work at heights for long periods utilizing ladders, platforms, and lifts
- Working with electrical equipment
- Earn up to $42,000 per year and a .50 shift differential! Excellent employee benefits.
- 2-dollar raise 1st year to 23 an hour after 5 years
