Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to handle cash transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide assistance with their purchases
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with precision
- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about products or services
- Promote special offers or discounts to drive sales
- Assist in restocking merchandise on the sales floor

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, technical sales, or technology sales is preferred
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Familiarity with POS systems for efficient transaction processing
- Basic math skills for calculating totals and providing change
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus for effective communication with bilingual customers
- Knowledge of wireless sales is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries professionally
