```Job Overview:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who need automotive repair and maintenance services. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, upselling additional services, and coordinating with our service technicians to ensure timely and efficient repairs.

```Duties:```
- Greet customers and provide a warm welcome to the dealership/service center
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document their vehicle's issues
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services
- Upsell additional services that may benefit the customer's vehicle
- Coordinate with service technicians to schedule repairs and order necessary parts
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
- Ensure all repair orders are accurately documented and processed for billing
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively upsell additional services to customers
- Familiarity with automotive diagnostics and repair software/systems
- Basic mechanical knowledge to understand customer concerns and explain repairs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience working in a dealership or service center is a plus

Pay: $62,942.00 - $120,000.00 per year
