Hyundai Mobis is Hiring a Manager, Accounting, Bilingual Korean/English Near Savannah, GA

Overview:

The Accounting Manager performs general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes. The Accounting Manager is also responsible for maintaining systems for collecting, analyzing, and reporting information.

In the early stage of company establishment, The Accounting Manager will contribute to the establishment of MOBIS Alabama - Savannah Plant. Various operating standards and systems will be established to support the construction of buildings/facilities/equipment and to management an investment and a budget. After the establishment of a corporation, The Accounting Manager will oversee operating the determined standards and systems. Of course, even at this stage, if necessary, standards and systems can be improved.

Responsibilities:

(To perform within this position successfully, the incumbent must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.)

  • Assist with the timely and accurate input of sensitive HR related data into HRIS
  • Review, approve, and enter Personnel Action Form (PAF) data for all departments
  • Present new hire orientation training on various Mobis policy and HR processes
  • Enroll and maintain team members in biometric time keeping system
  • Train supervisors and managers on timesheet management
  • Complete employment related reports as needed
  • Maintain personnel files and ensures compliance with the records retention policy
  • Process biweekly and monthly payroll and post all financial documents in HRIS
  • Act as the team members point of contact for HR, payroll and benefit related questions
  • Serve as administrator for online benefits portals
  • Assist in managing the company 401(k) plan
  • Submit 401(k) contributions/loan payments bi-weekly and provides status updates to payroll and accounting
  • Update Table of Organization (TO) as needed
  • Process garnishments and guarantee compliance with Federal and State withholding laws
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related field
  • Three (3) or more years of progressive Human Resource experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment and payroll laws
  • Integrity specific to the confidentiality and privacy of team member information
  • PowerPoint and intermediate to advanced Excel experience

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • SHRM Certification
  • SAP experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.
