Hyster-Yale Group, Inc. (HYG), a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented IIoT Solution Engineer who will be based in our Berea, Kentucky or Craigavon, UK locations.What You Will Do
- Design and improve manufacturing systems through sensing, acquisition and use of data to drive increases in productivity, product quality and business feedback.
- Establish framework to support effective development, testing, and optimization in the digital environment with input from real world processes or systems and merge the two worlds.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing processes within an organization in a data driven manner.
- Collaborate with IT and Digital Strategy Group to define and apply the right level of data governance to our Manufacturing data acquisition process.
- Innovative leader with proven management skills and the ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization and its stakeholders.
- Collaborative individual who works well with others and can be a mentor to support team members.
- Problem solve independently and effectively strategize solutions that are consistent.
- Understand company policies, procedures, OSHA, and EPA regulations to best recommend and deliver solutions.
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical degree required.
- MS in Engineering, Management, IT or equivalent technical degree preferred.
- PMP certification desired.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant industry experience
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Project Management.
- Management skills, manufacturing and product knowledge, leadership and motivational skills, problem solving and decision-making skills
