What you will do: Management of Ramp-up/Ramp-down schedules that align with marketing, manufacturing and supply chain objectives concerning inventory obsolescence, speed to market, and line design. Interaction with multiple Americas Marketing organizations, Manufacturing plants and management to ensure agreement is reached with respect to overall forward schedules and any proposed changes in accordance with analysis of short- and long-term market conditions. Analysis, control, and maintenance of the group list (GL) Forecasting process. Analyze input from Marketing and manufacturing to balance overall series volume as well as option mix supply and demand based on historical and forward market conditions while optimizing plant capacity and throughput. Delivery of solutions to the dealer/customer in alignment with overall business objectives is the #1 priority of this position. Manages delivery issue resolution, order change requests, expediting calls, pricing questions, SPED issues and other situations that arise over the lifecycle of affiliate customer orders. Provides support for the sales of Hyster, Yale, and Utilev products by ensuring accuracy and best availability of all orders as well as maintain documentation to comply with NMHG legal obligations. Lead and direct the processing/input of America’s monthly PAP plan with the objective of timely completion and actuate processing. Make recommendations to adjust Product Availability Plan (PAP) as needed.
