We are currently seeking an Integration Center Associate. This position is conveniently located in

Hoffman Estates, IL.

Responsibilities:

 Quality check product that is being setup and disassembled

 Set up carts for technicians daily workload

 Help oversee inventory and maintain quality control in the secure cage

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation

 Follow all safety procedures while meeting established quality and efficiency standards

 Communicate and follow-through with internal customers to resolve any issues

 When needed perform minor repairs on various types of equipment including computers, printers,

POS (Point of Sale) equipment, and hand-held mobile scanners

Requirements & Qualifications:

 High School Diploma or GED

 1-3 years’ experience in related field

 Excellent organization, attention to detail and time management skills

 Ability to lift on a repetitive basis up to a maximum of 70 lbs. and stand for long periods of time

 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

 Occasional evenings and weekends required

 Ability to quickly learn new skills and translate knowledge to practical application

 Basic Office Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
