Role- ServiceNow CPQ Technical/Functional Consultant
Location:-Tampa, FL (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow CPQ Technical/Functional Consultant to join our team and drive successful implementations of the Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) solution for our clients. In this role, you will leverage your deep CPQ expertise to design, configure, and integrate CPQ with other ServiceNow modules, enabling seamless quote-to-cash processes.
Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements related to quoting, pricing, and configuration processes

Design and configure CPQ solutions, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and approval workflows

Develop complex configurations, scripts, and integrations to extend CPQ functionality

Integrate CPQ with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM) to enable end-to-end quote-to-cash processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers

Conduct testing, training, and knowledge transfer activities to ensure successful solution adoption

Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose innovative CPQ solutions

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow CPQ releases, features, and best practices
Qualifications:

At least 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow CPQ Consultant or Implementation Specialist

Deep expertise in ServiceNow CPQ, including product catalogs, pricing rules, and approval workflows

Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages (JavaScript, Angular) and development tools

Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) and data sources

Familiarity with quote-to-cash processes and best practices

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Willingness to travel as per project requirements (up to 25%)

Preferred Qualifications:

ServiceNow CPQ Certification

Experience with Agile methodologies and project management

Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, Java)

Understanding of cloud computing and infrastructure concepts

Experience with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM)
