To keep up with our rapid growth, we are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing team, all while being a leading example of our company culture.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee receiving, shipping and inventory control operations.
• Manages day to day activity within department, including planning, flow, and resource allocation.
• Responsible and accountable for department metrics.
• Interprets company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations.
• Interprets job orders to workers, and assigns duties.
• Ensures that all workers are properly trained and responsibilities are defined and understood.
• Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.
• Interview and collaborate in the selection of new employees.
• Provides regular performance feedback; Responsible for all disciplinary actions up and including terminations.
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

• Previous experience managing diverse teams;
• Bachelor’s Degree or High School graduate with equivalent work experience;
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software;
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
• Strong leadership, team building, and management skills;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Able to analyze problems and strategize to find solutions.
