Entry Level Administrative Assistant Job Details: - Schedule: M-F | 8a-5p | FULLY IN OFFICE
- Pay Rate: Starting at $17.50/hour
- Contract to Hire Role
Entry Level Administrative Assistant Job Description: - Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including, email, fax, mail, and packages
- Monitoring and ordering inventory for office and break room supplies.
- Submitting work orders and scheduling repairs for general office space and equipment
- Supporting staff with various administrative tasks
- Assisting with hand deliveries which require travel to, but are not limited to: Banks, Attorney offices, courthouse, City Hall, UPS, etc.
- Answering phone calls and transferring to appropriate department
- Manage all reception responsibilities when performing reception backup.
- Coordinating zoom meetings for staff
Entry Level Administrative Assistant Job Requirements: - High School Diploma
- At least 2-3 years of experience in administrative support
- Must have Excel and Word skills - Intermediate
