MAINTENANCE ELECTRICAL
The Electrical Maintenance will be a hands-on self-starter, supporting plant production process to meet all safety and operational goals. Perform day-to-day inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs of plant equipment. This position will report to the Engineering Manager and/or Maintenance Manager and/or other managers as assigned.

Qualifications for this classification shall be determined by performing all job objectives as specified in the “Training Objectives”. Persons training for this position must demonstrate the knowledge in the objectives and facilitate all assigned task in a proficient and expedient manner.

´ LEVEL I CLASSIFICATIONS
´ 2 years minimum experience in an electrical maintenance position in the military, a journeyman program or a maintenance job in an industrial plant may substitute for level 1 if the individual is able to pass the validations & attain the required work keys scores for the related classification. Must also attain the required score of 50% National for the classification specific Ramsey Tests. All validations and testing will be administered by Calhoun.
´ LEVEL II CLASSIFICATIONS
´ 5 years minimum experience in an electrical maintenance position in the military, a journeyman program or a maintenance job in an industrial plant may substitute for level 2 if the individual is able to pass the validations & attain the required work keys scores for the related classification. Must also attain the required score of 55% National for the classification specific Ramsey Tests. All validations and testing will be administered by Calhoun.
´ LEVEL III CLASSIFICATIONS
´ 10 years minimum experience in an electrical maintenance position in the military, a journeyman program or a maintenance job in an industrial plant may substitute for level 3 if the individual is able to pass the validations & attain the required work keys scores for the related classification. Must also attain the required score of 70% National for the classification specific Ramsey Tests. All validations and testing will be administered by Calhoun. Must have worked through Level II progression to be eligible for advancement to this level.
Electrical Multi-Craft Level I Pay Rate $29.00
´ Documenting work in the SAP and in facility engineering files.
´ Must pass the the validations & attain the required work keys scores for the related classification. Must also attain the required score of 50% for the classification specific Ramsey Tests.
´ All validations and testing will be administered by Calhoun.
´ At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience or have 12 college credit hours in Electrical related core college courses
´ Accepted Programs for this concentration are :
´ 1) Electrical Technology
´ 2) Advanced Manufacturing
´ 3) Industrial Maintenance
Electrical Multi-Craft Level II Pay Rate $30.13
´ Minimum of 5 years of industrial maintenance experience or have 24 college credit hours in Electrical related core college courses
´ Accepted Programs for this concentration are :
´ 1) Electrical Technology
´ 2) Advanced Manufacturing
´ 3) Industrial Maintenance
´ Will assist in training Electrical multi-craft new hires
´ Will be utilized with other crafts as needed
´ Documenting work in the SAP and in facility engineering files.
´ Must pass the validations & attain the required work keys scores for the related classification. Must also attain the required score of 60% National for the classification specific Ramsey Tests. All validations and testing will be administered by Calhoun.
´ Requirement to advance internally –associate Must be able to proficiently complete 65% of Mechanical Training Matrix for the plant
Electrical Multi-Craft Level III Pay Rate $35.53
´ Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience
´ Must have an Associates Degree or certificate in a Electrical craft related field or 10 years of experience in a craft related field in lieu of education.
´ Accepted Programs for this concentration are :
´ 1) Electrical Technology
´ 2) Advanced Manufacturing
´ 3) Industrial Maintenance
´ Will assist in training Electrical multi-craft new hires
´ Will be utilized with other crafts as needed
´ Documenting work in the SAP and in facility engineering files.
´ Must pass the validations & attain the required work keys scores for the related classification. Must also attain the required score of 70 % National for the classification specific Ramsey Tests. All validations and testing will be administered by Calhoun.
´ Requirement to advance internally –associate Must be able to proficiently complete 90% of Electrical Training Matrix for the plant and must have worked through the Level II Multi-craft Progression
Multi-Craft IV Rate $37.53
´ At least 10 years industrial maintenance experience
´ Must have an associates degree or Certificate in craft related field and one additional short certificate in a different craft field. 10 years of maintenance experience or documented produced results, having extensive knowledge and skills in specific areas of expertise.
´ Accepted additional Programs for this concentration are :
´ 1) Electrical Technology
´ 2) Advanced Manufacturing
´ 3) Industrial Maintenance
´ 4) Machine Tool Technology
´ 5) Welding Technology
´ 6) Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (HVAC)
´ Will assist in training multi-craft new hires
´ Will be utilized with other crafts as needed
´ Documenting work in the SAP and in the facility engineering files
´ Must pass the validations & attain the required work keys scores for the related classification.
´ All validations and testing will be administered by Calhoun.
´ Must be proficient in 80% of Mechanical and Electrical Training Matrix
´ Must have the educational Requirements for this position- NO EXCEPTIONS
