We are looking for a SharePoint Web Developer who is passionate about building and customizing SharePoint solutions to meet our client's organization's needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in web development within SharePoint environments, focusing on creating, enhancing, and optimizing SharePoint sites and applications. This role involves developing engaging user interfaces, custom web parts, and workflows that improve the user experience and productivity within SharePoint.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts to create engaging and effective user experiences.
• Implement custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Work with end users and project teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional SharePoint solutions.
• Develop and maintain workflows and business process automation solutions using Power Automate and SharePoint workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaborate with content developers and administrators to integrate dynamic and static content into SharePoint sites.
• Address and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint applications, including performance, user access, and functionality problems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development technologies and SharePoint updates to continuously improve and innovate within the platform.
• Document code changes, provide detailed documentation for developed solutions, and assist in the development of user manuals and training materials.
• Assist in the management of site collections, content databases, and security settings to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a SharePoint Web Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing custom SharePoint solutions.
• Proficient in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with SharePoint Online and familiarity with Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
• Knowledge of Power Automate and SharePoint Designer for creating workflows and automating business processes.
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to implement them in SharePoint environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with non-technical staff to understand business requirements.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to create user guides and training materials.
• Familiarity with SharePoint administration tasks, including site collection management, content database management, and security settings.
