  • Take ownership beyond expectations: Lead the development and execution of all projects with fearless accountability.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Resolve complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements.
  • Develops, assigns, and monitors performance of field crews and local management on project requirement.
  • Reviews status and overall project progress relative to schedule and compliance requirements.
  • Addresses intricate problems, conflicts, and discrepancies within projects.
  • Review change orders from customer and assesses their impact on the project.
  • Assist Directors and executive team contract changes as it relates to project needs.
  • Review change order documents and specifications for probability of completion under stated timeline.
  • Review status and monitor variances of the project financials relative to scheduling and cost control reporting.
  • Review and verifies submitted applications for payment and performs overall fiscal management of project specific line items.
  • Provide functional direction over areas of responsibility including project schedules, cost control, dispute resolution, contract administration, and quality control.
  • Review and monitor overall administration of contracts for project and related executive team.
  • Coordinate program activities with executive management, financial team, Safety and Human Resources.
  • Review and takes recommended actions in resolving disputes relative to projects.
  • Develop and recommend internal policies and procedure changes as required.

Demonstrates clear understanding of the program's objectives, scale and scope of work, expected outcomes, business value and impact, timelines, resource level requirements.

Finance

  • Providing financial guidance and support to project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
  • Tracking project expenditures, analyzing variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Collaborating with finance teams to develop accurate project forecasts, financial reports, and budget projections.
  • Negotiating contracts and agreements with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to optimize project costs.
  • Overseeing project budgets, ensuring adherence to financial constraints, and managing cost control measures.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

  • 5 years experience leading projects from inception to completion, mastering estimates, contracts, and owner relations. Alternatively, expertise as a Field Engineer or Startup Manager is equally welcome.
  • PMP Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain through Hydromax USA).
  • Deep understanding of the natural gas industry is a valuable asset, but not a prerequisite for exceptional talent.
  • Excellent financial acumen including comprehension and understanding of financial statements, budgeting/forecasting and financial analysis.
  • Highly-motivated self-starter with the ability to adapt in real time to match shifting demands of different situations.
  • Creates environments where people are motivated to do their best to help the organization achieve objectives.
  • Ability to captivate audiences with advanced written and verbal communication skills, ensuring crystal-clear collaboration.
  • Command of current technology like smartphones, tablets, and MS Office suite.
  • Ability to travel (up to 20%).
