My client is a leading global law firm in search of a structured finance / CLO attorney in their Boston, MA office. Their structured finance team is a global one, working with the likes of large asset managers, equity investors and global investment banks.

The ideal candidate is a structured finance attorney with at least 4-6 years of experience at a peer firm.

Requirements :

• JD from an accredited top US law school
• 4 years of experience at a large / peer law firms
• Licensed to practice in Massachusetts
• Interest in working on market leading mandates within banking & finance
