Job Summary:
We are seeking an Overnight Manager to monitor and assist with power washing and sweeping operations typically ranging from 7pm-3am. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and or job-site productivity, basic mechanic skills, and project management abilities (keep things on time and to expected quality standards). You will mostly be working with the power washing teams, however, you will also be the emergency call for sweeping teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise overnight staff, including assigning tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
• Fill in whenever staff members are unable to make their shifts.
• Provide direction and correction to staff as needed.
• Conduct field maintenance, repairs, and training to ensure equipment and staff stay productive.
• Maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are being met in real time.
• Motivate and assist staff in order to keep projects on projected timelines.
• Effectively communicate progress, issues, and other important information to the daytime management partners via documentation, email, text. etc.
• Attend routine briefings and debriefs with Senior Operations Manager to discuss past and future projects.
• Rotate on-call every other weekend.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing people/teams.
• Proficiency in basic mechanical skills and ability to increase this knowledge over time.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.
• Ability to train and motivate overnight staff.
• Knowledge of commercial small-engine tools (i.e. lawn mowers, power washers, etc.)
• Proficient in using trailers with pickup trucks.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

In it's simplest form, the primary purpose of this role is to ensure nightly projects are completed on time or early - at or above quality standards.

Pay & Benefits:

• Salary: $55,000
• PTO: 4 weeks
• 401k with 3% match
• All personal fuel paid by company (within the state of Missouri)
