Responsibilities: The Machining Production Supervisor is responsible for ensuring production activities are performed by machining production team members. This includes coordinating activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and cost goals.

Core Responsibilities of our Production Supervisor:

• Role reports to Production Superintendent.
• Supervise Machining Production Department.
• Sets expectations and priorities for machining cell leaders and personnel.
• Coordinate activities for team to ensure safety, quality and productivity of machining production.
• Ensure all production resources are utilized to meet expectation of assembly department needs.
• Monitor work skills and certifications of operators to ensure a qualified well-trained work group.
• Ensuring safety, quality and productivity goals.
• Technical or mechanical aptitude preferred. 
• CNC Machining experience a plus. 
• Ability to build, inspire, motivate and mentor employees. 
• Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent four-year college or technical school and/or 6 or more year’s related experience and /or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience.
