o Oversee non-medical operations for all 25 locations
o Plan, monitor, analyze and improve key metrics for day-to-day operations

o Maintain a safe workspace by enforcing standards and procedures, and keeping compliance with legal regulations.
o Directly oversee and manage District Clinic Managers. Indirectly oversee all Wellness Coordinators (front desk receptionists)
o Partner with HR on staffing, hiring, onboarding and ongoing development of all non-medical staff. Ensure each clinic has appropriate staff levels
o Lead communication efforts for District Clinic Managers and Wellness Coordinators
o Work with the HR to resolve staff concerns and identify and address potential liability issues
o Assess talent and provide developmental plans to support growth and improved retention
o Develop operational org structure and teams to support growth plans
o Collaborate with senior management in the development of performance goals, long-term operational plans and financial and budgetary plans and metrics
o Devise strategies for ensuring the growth of programs enterprise-wide, and implement process improvements to maximize output and minimize costs
o Directly involved in managing cost analysis on all locations to ensure consistent profitability, and to identify and make improvements where needed
o Responsible for the execution of the Company's weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term goals in line with the Company's Vision, Mission and Core Values
o Work collaboratively with other leaders and other departments to support their efforts in accomplishing Company goals.
o Empower team to handle customer issues in a manner that supports long-term relationships while also protecting the business
o Visit clinics regularly to observe, provide feedback, and improve customer experience
o Review all NPS scores and customer reviews with team to identify patterns and opportunities to improve, implementing change initiatives to drive better results
