At Hydrate 2O, we provide 100% natural drip hydration infusions that are developed by our double board-certified physicians and registered nurses with multiple decades of hospital and industry experience. We are seeking a Weekend Front Desk Receptionist to support our growing business. The prime candidate to join our team will be personable, friendly, possess strong communication skills, and have familiarity with computers. At Hydrate 2O, our mission is to provide integrative health services to the community and act as an educational resource.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a professional, caring and courteous manner
• Assist clients with scheduling, needs, and requests
• Effectively handle check-in, client registration, and check out processes
• Provide administrative support to upper management
• Assist with function-specific activities and projects as necessary
• Maintain office equipment and supplies
• Display high integrity and discretion in handling protected/confidential data
• Provide clients with tea, water, and snacks
• Assist the nurse with distributing pillows and heating pads when necessary
• Assist the nurse with keeping the IV Lounge clean and tidy

Requirements: High School Diploma required

• Experience in customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
