Marketing and Outreach Coordinator / Sales and Marketing Representative

About Hybrid Counseling: Hybrid Counseling is a dynamic mental health group practice based in Minneapolis and St. Paul. As a primarily telehealth provider, we specialize in addictions, trauma, general mental health issues, and medication management. We are a small but rapidly expanding team, dedicated to reaching and helping more clients through innovative and effective mental health services.

Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Marketing and Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial for enhancing our visibility and facilitating connections between our services and potential clients. The ideal candidate will be a vital link in expanding our referral networks and increasing access to our specialized services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update contact lists to ensure accuracy and relevancy.
• Design and distribute targeted newsletters and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key referral sources including primary care facilities, chemical dependency treatment centers, other mental health clinics, professional organizations, and legal firms.
• Implement outreach strategies to enhance awareness and engagement with potential referral partners.
• Collaborate with our team to align marketing strategies with business goals and client needs.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales, marketing, or related field, preferably in the healthcare or mental health sector.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience in creating newsletters and managing professional relationships.
