As the Local IT Director for our hotel, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information technology within our establishment. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our systems are running efficiently, securely, and effectively to support our operations and guest services. You will work closely with the hotel management team to assess IT needs, implement solutions, and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The wage scale for this exempt position is :

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical skills in networking, system administration, and software applications.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of data protection regulations and best practices in cybersecurity.
• Certification in relevant IT disciplines (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft) is a plus.
