We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. With the support of the Director of Compass, the Food and Beverage Supervisor will assist in overseeing daily operations, lead a team of food and beverage staff, and ensure seamless service to maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise food and beverage staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts/hostesses

• Train and mentor team members, ensuring adherence to service standards and procedures

• Participate in colleague coaching and counseling

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety and sanitation regulations in dining areas

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain adequate stock

• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner

• Schedule staff and manage labor costs effectively while maintaining service standards

• Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and improve service quality

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

• Collaborate with management to create and update menus, pricing, and promotions

• Conduct regular inspections to evaluate service quality and resolve any issues promptly

Food & Beverage Supervisors must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
