This person must be highly motivated, who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This position is responsible for providing administrative support to and working closely with the Food & Beverage leadership team. This individual is responsible for payroll, maintaining meeting schedules, purchasing and receiving functions, and administrative items for the different Food & Beverage departments. The ideal candidate has a friendly demeanor, the ability to learn new computer programs, can multitask and complete projects in a timely manner. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem solving skills. Organizational skills, computer proficiency, and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

  • Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Previous restaurant, administrative and hotel experience
  • Must have a positive attitude and willing to go the extra mile to exceed the expectations of both internal and external guests
  • Previous purchasing experience a plus
  • Previous payroll experience a plus
  • Flexible work schedule to include ability to work some weekend days
  • Great communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to multi task and has initiative to take on new projects
  • Ability to work in various computer applications for payroll, purchasing, events reports, property management systems
  • Degree from accredited university
