As a Spa Concierge, you are the embodiment of tranquility and relaxation. Your main responsibilities include scheduling spa treatments, registering guests, and handling various forms of payment, such as room charges, credit cards, and gift cards. Your role also involves managing spa reservations, whether it's for a deluxe spa package or an individual spa treatment. You'll be the go-to person for product and treatment recommendations for our spa guests, promoting wellness and ensuring the ultimate indigenous spa experience. You will also assist in the upkeep of the spa through cleaning, and assisting in other related tasks. If you have prior spa reception experience in a spa resort or hotel spa, we invite you to join our team.
