Summary

Join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator, specializing in Housing and Transportation. In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in maintaining the day-to-day administrative functions of our highly active Human Resources office. As a key part of the team, you will directly support HR leaders with administrative duties, colleague relations, data entry, hiring processes, & more. You will handle colleague inquiries through phone, email, texts, or walk-ins, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow professionally in a career in Human Resources! This position is considered on-property and will report directly to the Assistant Human Resources Director.

We are a business partner expected to collaborate with hotel operations so that we as a hotel achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and support the Colleague Housing Program: resident move-ins, move-outs, & management, resident relations/support/coaching/discipline, basic building maintenance, rent tracking & input, general upkeep and rule enforcement, lease management, & continued improvement of the program/conditions.
  • Manage, support, and improve upon the existing Colleague Transportation Program: driver verification & accountability, driver & rider safety & consistency, data & financial tracking of program.
  • Support the hiring & onboarding processes of new colleagues including Day 1 of New Hire Orientation.
  • Respond to colleague inquiries via phone, email, texts, or walk-ins.
  • Support a variety of HR functions including but not limited to: colleague events & communication, office/administrative duties, colleague relations & accountability, recruiting, data entry, audits, & corrections, and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal skills with empathy and a welcoming personality.
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in general computer knowledge, Microsoft Applications, & HR Information Systems and ability to maintain an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple competing priorities.
