Front Desk Agent
We are seeking a professional front desk agent at one of our boutique hotels. This position is ideal for you, if you have at least 2 years of experience in hotels and enjoy providing excellent customer service!
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Pay: $16/hr
WEEKLY PAY!!!
Bonuses available
Shift:
- Full-time
- Must be flexible
- Swing shifts (based on needs)
Requirements:
- Background check
- Drug screen
Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in Hilton hotels (Preferred)
- Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time
Responsibilities:
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone reservations
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Maintain updated records of bookings and payments
