Maintenance Technician

Duties:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, and HVAC system maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential maintenance issues and address them proactively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed for equipment repairs.
- Supervise and coordinate the work of contractors or other maintenance staff when necessary.

Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with tenants and management.
- Leadership abilities to supervise and coordinate the work of others.
- Proficiency in using a CMMS for recording and tracking maintenance activities.
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment malfunctions.
- Experience in fabricating or modifying parts for equipment repairs.
