Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role gives an opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.
Responsibilities for this position are but not limited to:
To provide a welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service to our guests
Maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment
To provide a complete guest experience including the Hotel Host Stand, the Bakery Cafe, the Guest Kitchen, the e-room, and the TV den, guests check in and out, and the servicing of the meeting room.
Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You'll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate. If you have worked at other Hotels as a front desk clerk or you have an interest in hotel clerk jobs, we'd love to hear from you!

A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
Refined verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule of AM or PM shifts, holidays, and weekends.
Must have the ability to multi-task
Must be familiar with basic Microsoft Suites, i.e. Words, Excel, etc.
Must be 18 and older to apply
