Overview: We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Responsibilities: - Set up and maintain the breakfast area, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing - Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements - Explain breakfast options and answer any questions about menu items - Prepare and serve breakfast items such as coffee, tea, pastries, cereals, and hot food items - Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a consistent supply throughout service hours - Clear tables, clean spills, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area - Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or POS system - Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests with inquiries - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest concerns or requests - Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members - Basic math skills for cash handling purposes - Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques is a plus - Familiarity with OpenTable or other reservation systems is beneficial - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills - Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. Pay: $9.80 - $10.07 per hour
