Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our team. As a Social Worker, you will work with individuals and families to provide support and assistance in various areas of their lives. Your role will involve case management, crisis intervention, and providing therapeutic services to help clients overcome challenges and improve their overall well-being.

Duties:
- Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide counseling and therapy to individuals, families, and groups
- Assist clients in accessing community resources and support services
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and educators, to coordinate care for clients
- Advocate for clients' rights and ensure they receive appropriate services
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and progress

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work or a related field
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Social Worker (if applicable)
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Experience in case management and crisis intervention
- Familiarity with special education programs and working with people with developmental disabilities
- Strong clinical research skills and ability to apply evidence-based practices
- Proficiency in therapy techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide patient-centered care with empathy and compassion
