We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant dining experience by preparing and serving breakfast meals. Duties:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and serve breakfast meals to guests
- Ensure that food is cooked and presented according to established standards
- Monitor food inventory and replenish items as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the breakfast area
- Assist with catering events as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in meal preparation or catering is preferred
- Strong communication skills to interact with guests and team members
- Ability to cook basic breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Proficiency in using kitchen equipment such as knives and griddles
- Familiarity with meat cutting techniques is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts including weekends and holidays
