Job Description

Job Title: Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

Department: Marketing

Supervisor: Director of Marketing

Job Purpose:

The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will work to increase brand visibility and promote offerings including consulting, software, integrated systems and automation across Hy-Tek’s digital channels They will manage digital campaigns driving qualified sales leads and software demonstrations. Lastly, this role will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on established KPIs, managing the website, and provide recommendations for improving overall digital engagement of the Hy-Tek brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage company website, optimize copy and landing pages for SEO, update content as required.
Mange email campaigns in coordination with Sales Force administrator, including building form fills, landing pages to capture leads and track engagement.
Manage social media channels (LinkedIn YouTube) and execute on campaigns to drive impressions.
Track, report, and analyze website analytics and social media ad campaigns.
Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
Research and analyze competitor websites and online presence.
Work with marketing team and subject matter experts to drive SEO in content creation and optimization.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

Proactivity, ownership, confidence, and motivation to grow within your team and company.
Ability to create digital marketing strategies and break them down to the task level.
Proven technical SEO experience.
Data-driven: with a passion for digging into the numbers.
Excellent communication skills - within the team, other departments.
Experience with optimizing WordPress websites.
Ability to follow up on tasks so they get completed.
In-depth experience with common SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, etc).
Ability to create and help the team execute digital marketing strategies.
Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media.
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences, and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.

Working Conditions:

Occasional travel to attend trade shows.
Working with computers for a long period of time
Sitting and/or standing for long periods of time.
Occasional lifting and carrying of up to 20 pounds.
